How To Order (For Contact Lenses Only)
Check the packaging type in product name or product description.
Example A: 1 lens/pack - Means only 1 single lens in each unit.
- If you have same power/sph/prescription for both eyes, add quantity 2 to cart.
- If you have different power/sph/prescription for both eyes, eg -1.50 & -2.00, add each power quantity 1 in your cart.
You will get 2 lenses (a pair).

Example B:. 10 lens/pack means there are 10 single lens in each unit.
- If you have same power/sph/prescription for both eyes, add quantity 2 to cart.
- If you have different power/sph/prescription for both eyes, eg -1.50 & -2.00, add each power quantity 1 in your cart.
You will get 20 lenses (10 pairs) in such scenario.

Processing
- We take 2-3 business days to process brand Sweety & CrazyLab before shipping for orders to Malaysia. For other countries such as Singapore, we take 3-5 business days to process before shipping.
- Brand Acuvue, Airsoft, Air Optix, Alcon, Bausch & Lomb, Biofinity, Biomedics, Clariti, Dailies, Freshkon, Freshlook, Miacare, Kazzue take 5~10 business days to process.
- Contact lenses for astigmatism, hyperopia (+ SPH), multifocal & high SPH (-8.00 & above) contact lenses take additional 4-8 weeks to process before shipping.
Shipping
- Shipping takes about 3-5 business days to reach Peninsular Malaysia.
- For East Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei, it is estimated to reach in 3-10 business days depends on shipping methods.
- Other South East Asia countries may take 10-15 business days to reach.
- Cancellation
- Request made within 1 calendar day after order was placed - FULL refund.
- Request made before shipped - 90% refund + shipping

- Exchange
- Exchange is applicable when you received defective items, and we will send you replacement.
- Return
- For order after shipped, items can be returned at buyer's cost and 90% refund will be granted, exclude shipping. Returned item must be in original/ unused/ unopened/ sealed condition.
- Request to return or exchange shall be emailed to us within 7 calendar days from the day the package was delivered.
- We advise you to email us to find out more about the product if you are unsure or do intensive research before ordering.
