Processing

• We take 2-3 business days to process before shipping for orders to Malaysia. For other countries such as Singapore, we take 3-5 business days to process before shipping.
• Brand Acuvue, Airsoft, Air Optix, Alcon,  Bausch & Lomb, Biofinity, Biomedics, Clariti, Dailies, Freshkon, Freshlook, Miacare take 5~10 business days to process.
• Contact lenses for astigmatism, hyperopia (+ SPH), multifocal & high SPH (-8.00 & above) contact lenses take additional 4-8 weeks to process before shipping.

Shipping

• Shipping takes about 3-5 business days to reach Peninsular Malaysia.
• For East Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei, it is estimated to reach in 3-10 business days depends on shipping methods.
• Other South East Asia countries may take 10-15 business days to reach.

• Cancellation

1. Request made within 1 calendar day after order was placed - FULL refund.
2. Request made before shipped - 90% refund + shipping
3. Request made after shipped - Please see Return policy below

• Exchange 

1. Exchange is applicable when you received defective items, and we will send you replacement.

• Return

1. For order after shipped, items can be returned at buyer's cost and 90% refund will be granted, exclude shipping. Returned item must be in original/ unused/ unopened/ sealed condition.
2. Request to return or exchange shall be emailed to us within 7 calendar days from the day the package was delivered.
