- If you have different power/sph/prescription for both eyes, eg -1.50 & -2.00, add each power quantity 1 in your cart.

You will get 2 lenses (a pair).

Contact lenses for astigmatism, hyperopia (+ SPH), multifocal & high SPH (-8.00 & above) contact lenses take additional 4-8 weeks to process before shipping.

Shipping

Shipping takes about 3-5 business days to reach Peninsular Malaysia.
For East Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei, it is estimated to reach in 3-10 business days depends on shipping methods.
Other South East Asia countries may take 10-15 business days to reach.

Cancellation

Request made within 1 calendar day after order was placed - FULL refund.

Exchange

Exchange is applicable when you received defective items, and we will send you replacement.

Return

For order after shipped, items can be returned at buyer's cost and 90% refund will be granted, exclude shipping. Returned item must be in original/ unused/ unopened/ sealed condition.
Request to return or exchange shall be emailed to us within 7 calendar days from the day the package was delivered.
